Kahalu'u Ward Message 9/8/24

Dear Kahalu'u Ward,

So often in life, we are faced with challenges that seem unbearable.  It’s during those times, when we must fight through our fears by focusing on our relationship with Heavenly Father and trusting in His divine plan. Through prayer, scripture study, and regular participation in church activities, we can draw closer to Him and feel the comfort of the Holy Spirit. Fear often comes when we feel uncertain or alone, but remembering that God is always with us provides strength. When we turn to the teachings of the gospel and seek guidance from church leaders, we can find reassurance that God’s plan is perfect, even in times of trial or uncertainty.

Trusting in God requires exercising faith and patience. The scriptures are full of examples of individuals who faced great fears but found courage by relying on the Lord. As we put our trust in God's timing and surrender our worries to Him, we will be blessed with peace and clarity. By living righteously and keeping our covenants, we open our hearts to the power of the Atonement, which can calm our fears and help us move forward with confidence in God’s love and guidance through even the most difficult trials.

Missionary Corner

So I am still in Eagar AZ. I have been here for 6 months and going to stay for 6 more weeks which means that I am going to be here for about 7.5 months which means this is going to be my longest area. The work out here is a bit tough because there are probably no more then 4000 people. I have still enjoyed this area and grown a lot from it. Part of my area goes into New Mexico which has been cool because I have never been to New Mexico before my mission. That being said New Mexico is kinda goofy but I have met a lot of great people there.  It's been kinda weird because I have seen everyone who was in my zone when I first got here leave.

Love yall,

Elder Candari
