Kahalu'u Ward Message 12/26/21

Dear Kahalu'u Ward,

Aloha and Mele Kalikimaka. Today is the day that the world honors the birth of our Savior Jesus Christ. Many gather or reconnect with family and friends near and far to enjoy a moment of unity, peace, love and new memories. Before the day ends, I wanted to encourage you to take a quiet moment for reflection to think about your personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Elder D. Todd Christofferson, of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles said, "As you think about Jesus, let His love warm you like a fire in winter. You don’t have to be the best at anything to be with Him." It is my hope that you never feel too unworthy, too low, too hurt, or too distant to have a close relationship with Jesus Christ. I pray that you can feel how much He loves you. He knows that you are trying to follow Him. Let that thought comfort you and give you confidence to always come unto Him.

With Love,

Ben K. Tano Bishop, Kahalu'u Ward
