Mele Kalikimaka, Kahalu'u Ward Ohana!

As we celebrate this sacred season, we remember the greatest gift ever given—our Savior, Jesus Christ. His birth brought light into the world and hope to every heart.

Kahaluu Ward sets a great ministering example throughout the Kaneohe Stake, and the Savior's life was one of perfect ministering—reaching out to the one, lifting the weary, and blessing all who crossed His path. This Christmas season, let us continue to follow His example by ministering with love and intention to those around us. A simple phone call, an act of service, or just time spent listening can bring the light of Christ into someone's life - especially those who may be struggling or feeling alone during the holidays.

Together, as we minister to one another, may our homes be filled with the Spirit of Christ this Christmas season and throughout the new year!

With love and aloha,

Br. Gutz

Stake High Councilman

MISSIONARY CORNER

Hello everyone! Its been a while haha. But things have been going great in Albany Georgia! We had Transfer calls this weeek! it was pretty nerve racking to see where I would end up going fr, but I ended up staying here for another 6 weeks!! First Transfer Complete!

Here are some Cool Experiences that Happened this Transfer:

Baptized

Both of our friends Indy and James were Baptized!!!! It was such an amazing experience being able to see these two learn and grow their faith in Jesus Christ! I've learned so so much from both of them and I can't wait to continue to see them grow and continue to learn through their faith!

The hood!!!!!

When I first got to Albany it was definitely a culture shock. We always joked around about the hood, but this place is actually a hood! Although it's definitely been a surreal experience, I've come to love this place and the people! The Great thing about south Georgia is that almost everyone knows about Jesus Christ and is always open to learning more about the gospel!

Lead by the Spirit!

There have been so many times where we ended up going somewhere and our lesson didn't work out or something. One thing I've learned on my mission is that there is always a reason for us as missionaries to be in that area! Whether it's for the purpose we went for or if we find more people around us!

The Members!

The members here are so so amazing! Our Ward mission leader Brother hall is such a blast and he's helped to make this transfer so much fun! It's been a really great experience meeting all the different people in the ward! A lot of people here have that southern accent and my goal at the end of my mission is to end up talking like that haha!

Verse Of the Week!!!

Mosiah 4:9 :"Believe in God; believe that he is, and that he created all things, both in heaven and in earth; believe that he has all wisdom, and all power, both in heaven and in earth; believe that man doth not comprehend all the things which the Lord can comprehend.”
